Introduction
From the very start of the Polish Business Roundtable Club, I believed that the key to our success would be a very good restaurant. However, it turned out that finding a restaurateur who could guarantee a high, international standard of cuisine was impossible. So we decided to open our own Club restaurant.
Opening the Amber Room restaurant not only to our Club members will give everyone who appreciates culinary quality and creativity the opportunity to visit this unique venue.
